On the upper-right side is quadrant two. Here, you will jot down tasks that are important but not urgent such as strategy development and relationship building.

The third quadrant places at the bottom left side. In this, you will only record urgent jobs but unimportant ones. Activities like reports, emails, and phone call checking.

At last, quadrant four places at the bottom right side. In quadrant four, you write down activities that are neither important nor urgent. These activities include scrolling social media, watching TV, and other trivial activities.

After enforcing this method, you should pay attention to the activities in quadrant two. As these activates are not pressing, they often ignore.

In fact, they are crucial, and doing these activities at an early stage will reap rewards. With this, you can even prevent them from coming into quadrant one.
